AP Manager

Requirements:
- Several years of work experience in Accounting or Financial area
- Shared service center experience and solid understanding and knowledge of AP processes
- Strong leaderships skills - experience in managing team
- University Graduation (Economics, Finance and Accounting, etc.)
- Very good English, good knowledge of
- German or other language is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Ability to set priorities for work, assign tasks and execute results
Duties:
- Coordinating and performing all AP activities
- Leading a team of AP (including 3 Team Leaders and 60 team members) and establishing goals and objectives for direct reports and assessing performance against them
- On time delivery in line with SLA
- Understanding of business needs and priorities and effective interaction with customers
- Regular analysis of the KPI’s and creating proper action plans to reach target levels
- Acting as point of contact for all process/people related escalations
- Interacts closely with local entities/stakeholders and ensures issues are addressed effectively
- Evaluating AP processes, organizing for efficiency and making recommendations and/or implement improvements as needed
- Communicating with and influencing key stakeholders to ensure understanding of objectives and priorities
- Day-to-day complex control of relevant metrics, reports and financial transactions
- Working closely with cross functional teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Providing relevant reporting, validate data and analytics
- Coach and mentor Team Leaders and team members to continuously improve performance, ensure optimal deployment of the resources to achieve business goals, motivate Team Leaders and team members to achieve individual and team objective and train direct report
- Ensuring a positive working relationship within the team
