Payroll Expert
Miejsce pracy: Tarnowo Podgórne | Numer ref.: PEX/052/OST

Job skill requirements：

  • Experience in Payroll gained in international company
  • Experience in Payroll systems (we are before ERP system implementation)
  • Good practical knowledge of Labor Law
  • Good practical knowledge of tax regulations, ZUS, PFRON and PPK
  • Knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage
  • Initiative to investigate and solve problems
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong motivation and ability to work with numbers
  • Willingness to learn and take new responsibilities
  • Good skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel

Responsibilities：

  • Collect and prepare data for Payroll (ultimately for around 120 headcounts), including: data from Time Register System, statements delivered by employees, reimbursements, deductions
  • Run Payroll list in cooperation with external Payroll provider
  • Correct and timely calculations and executions of Social Security contribution, Taxes and other, eg. PPK
  • Preparation of correct data for accounting department
  • Preparation of monthly reports and ad hoc needed by the management
  • Preparation of monthly declarations for ZUS, GUS, US, PFRON
  • Dealing with personal files
  • Preparation of documents, contracts and statement requested by employees
