Interim Site Tech Lead

Build and manage Interim site team

  • Plan and execute knowledge transition from Site tech team and review site specific SOPs
  • Prepare Knowledge Transition Exit Document, review and update DRP for the TSA period
  • Take ownership of Technical assets at the site on ServiceNow and PAMS

Tech Support

  • Manage BAU Tech support throughout TSA period at the divesting site
  • Manage Cutover support and Hypercare establish process workflow, lead daily calls with workstreams and leadership and provide daily status reporting
  • Onsite liaison for application and Infra decommissioning activities working closely with Application lead and Data Disposition Lead on various tasks

Asset Ownership and maintenance

  • Responsible for coordinating planned and unplanned patching and maintenance activities with Site staff and above-site teams by ensuring minimum production downtime
  • Review and approve change requests and provide tech support if needed
  • Responsible for managing user access to technical components and period access review
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining all shared computers and ensuring that they are up-to to date, raising and managing exceptions and risks for any deviations

Participate and contribute to divestment activities

  • Responsible for creating Master User List by coordinating with HR Tech & Core Tech and maintaining status of user assets and access during the TSA period
  • Participate in Joint Planning sessions and act on Interim Site tech milestones, RAID items, Trainings etc.
  •  Stakeholder Management & Communication
    Maintain and manage communication with Site Leadership team and New-Co IT team
