An excellent opportunity has become available to join Kennametal as a Customer Service Representative for the German market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and support related tasks that cover the order life-cycle process. We are looking for an outgoing, socially confident person with customer support experience, or previous experience in a customer-facing environment.

• Supporting the local shared service in Germany
• Direct email and phone contact with customers and Sales Department
• Serving Order to Cash process through quotations, orders preparation and delivery monitoring in SAP
• Handling complaints and returns in SAP and CRM systems
• Active cooperation with sales engineers, production, logistics and finance to deliver highest customer service standards

• Completed Ecommerce training or equivalent work experience
• Fluent German and English language
• User knowledge in SAP, CRM, MS Office
• Previous experience in customer service is a must
