We are looking for intelligent and active members to join the team for the position of:

 

 

AP Specialist

 Location: Poznań

 

It is a great opportunity to develop, acquire and deepen knowledge in the field of accounting, taxes, English and work in an international environment.

 
Duties:
  • posting and settlement of financial and accounting transactions from a specific area of AP accounting,
  • entering and monitoring payments,
  • close cooperation with the team and international partner,
  • entering invoices into the accounting system,
  • data correctness control and reconciliation of accounting inconsistencies,
  • handling customer inquiries and internal correspondence
Requirements:
  • very good command of English (minimum B2),
  • knowledge of a second European language is welcome,
  • experience in working with the SAP system is welcome,
  • good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • the ability to analyze information and processes,
  • regularity and accuracy,
  • experience in accounting,
  • ability to work in a team,
  • ability to work under time pressure.
