Currently, For one of our client, Shared Services Center in Poznan, we are looking for the best candidates for the role of:
Remedy Administrator
Miejsce pracy: Poznań
Responsibilities and the role:
devise and modify procedures to solve complex problems of computer equipment and limitation
prepare detailed specifications for programs
assist software systems lifecycle and the evaluation of new and existing software products
work with Project Managers, Developers, and End Users to ensure application designs meet business requirements
assist all phases of software systems programming applications and the evaluation of new and existing software products
Requirements:
experience In administration, configuration and development In BMC Remedy AR System and ITSM version 8.x
previous experience providing Remedy support in a operational environment
bachelor’s degree In Computer Science Or related field (or equivalent experience) and 4+ years progressive experience
excellent English skills
knowledge of additional programming languages (Java, C#,ASP, NET)
ITIL v3 Foundation
