AP Accountant with Spanish

Responsibilities and the role:
The AP Accountant, who’s directly reporting to the AP Team lead, is responsible for PTP (Purchase-to-Pay) end to end process and performing financial and administrative operations and services. These services are expected to be executed in an accurate, efficient and timely manner respecting the internal rules and procedures. It includes the whole Procure to Pay end-to-end process from incoming invoices and expense reports until the payment execution and related month-end close activities and reconciliations inclusive reporting.
Requirements:
At least 1,5 year of Accounts Payable experience
Bachelor degree in Accounting or similar
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English and Spanish skills
Understanding of sourcing concepts and principles towards the procure-to-pay process
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to quickly analyze eventual problems so that immediate resolution can be undertaken
Ability to be self-driven and identify opportunities for improvements
